Three jail bookings for Livingston County are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
Monday morning, Chillicothe Police arrested 19 year old Julianne Louise Fainter of Chillicothe on a Bond Violation Warrant from a charge of alleged two counts of Domestic Assault. She is held at the Caldwell County Detention Center with cash only bond set at $15,000.
Monday afternoon, Chillicothe Police arrested 18-year-old Michael Joshua Dale Kirkland. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
