A crash involving a semi and a pick-up left a Meadville man with serious injuries Monday morning. The crash occurred on US 36 at the Meadville Junction as a 62-year-old Meadville man was northbound and failed to yield and struck the eastbound truck on US 36. The Meadville man was flown to Boone Hospital in Columbia. The truck driver from Basehor, KS, was not injured.
