A new member of the Chillicothe Planning and Zoning Commission was approved at Monday’s Chillicothe City Council meeting. Mayor Theresa Kelly recommended Mark Norris for the position. Norris was present and addressed the council.
Worked in construction, now retired.
The council approved the appointment on a 4/0 vote.
