Two Chillicothe City Ordinances that allow the City to hold hearings for ordinance violations were amended with the assistance of the City Attorney Robert Cowherd. The first was the ordinance for Nuisances, Dangerous Buildings, and Weed Abatement. The other is for Restrictions on Vicious Dogs. City Clerk Amy Hess explained the amendment.
Amended to allow the mayor or designee to conduct the hearings.
The council approved unanimously.
