Two ordinances and a resolution will be considered by the Trenton City Council when it meets on Monday. The meeting begins at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers.
Ordinances include:
- A conditional use permit for MBL Development to allow 30th Street to be used as a public street.
- Approving an application for a major subdivision and final plat on property at 30th Street and the last property on the north side of 30th Street.
The Resolution to be considered is concerning the authority and powers of the Interim City Administrator provided by Interim Solutions, LLC.
New business includes:
- Discussion of a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for City and TMU employees
- Discussion of health insurance rates.
A closed executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting to handle legal matters.
