Sentencing hearings have been set in three area cases.
Wendall Dean Martin waived his preliminary hearing in Linn County Associate Court on April 3rd. His case on charges of three counts of alleged endangering the welfare of a child is moved to Circuit Court and the arraignment was held immediately. Martin entered a guilty plea. Sentencing is set for August 7th in Linn County Circuit Court, before Judge DeVoy. Martin’s bond was transferred and remains on account.
Two sentencing hearings are scheduled for early June in Livingston County Circuit Court.
Matthew Ryan Miller sentencing June 5th on charges of Domestic Assault. Miller entered a guilty plea on April 10th.
Steven Robert McCann sentencing is June 5th on charges of stealing. McCann entered a guilty plea on April 10th.
