Chillicothe’s Planning and Zoning Commission will meet just after the start of the new year. The meeting is January 6th at 5:30 pm at Chillicothe City Hall.
The agenda includes a request from Sheridatnturner LLC for rezoning of a property at 1618 Fair Street from R1 – single-family residential, to R2 – single or two-family dwelling residential.
