Flooding Continues On Most Of The Grand River

Flood Warnings continue for the Grand River.  As of 7:00 am,

At Gallatin, flood stage is 26 feet.  The river crested at 31.8 feet, and has fallen back below flood stage this morning.

At Chillicothe flood stage is 24 feet.  The river crested at 37 feet.  The latest reading is 34.74 feet and falling.  The river should fall back below flood stage Saturday night.

At Sumner, flood stage is 26 feet.  The river is expected to crest today at 38.9 feet.  The reading this morning was 38.84 feet and holding.  Flooding is expected to continue into Tuesday.

At Brunswick, flood stage is 19 feet.  A crest of 28.5 feet is expected late tonight.  The latest reading on Thursday was 26.7 and rising, with flooding continuing into Tuesday.
