Four students from the Chillicothe R-II School District’s Transition To Life or TLC program completed the requirements to graduate from High School. Superintendent Dr Roger Barnes says this is the districts alternative program.
The graduates include: Ethan O’Neal, Jazamen Campbell, Josh Davis and Kylea Shipers.
TLC Program Administrator Emily Schmidt says the program is about overcoming obstacles.
These four students not only got back on track, they are graduating early.
