Livingston County Recorder of Deeds, Kelly Christopher Elliott completed 34 and a half years serving the residents of the county. Christopher Elliot says things have changed tremendously since she started as County Clerk in 1984.
She says things have also changed in the Recorder Of Deeds office since she took over.
Christopher Elliot says she appreciates all the support she had while in the two offices and says she will still be in Chillicothe.
