This is National Agriculture Week and Chillicothe and Livingston county rely heavily on the ag industry. State Representative Rusty Black, a farmer and former Ag Instructor with the Chillicothe School District knows the importance of agriculture in the state.
Black says in the three counties he serves, agriculture is vital.
He says not all agriculture happens on the farm.
Black says technology is one area that is making an impact on the future of Agriculture.
