A Kirksville woman had minor injuries in a single vehicle accident at about 7:50 am in Sullivan County. Forty-four year old Crystal Simler was taken to Northeast Regional Hospital for treatment following the accident on Missouri Highway 6, near Green Castle. According to the report, Simler was westbound when she struck a deer. She was wearing a safety belt.
