The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports several recent bookings into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail. They include:
On Thursday, 61-year-old David Lee Kirkpatrick arrested for alleged failing to register as a sex offender. Bond was set at $30,000.
Wednesday, 47-year-old Loutinia Lee Owens was arrested in Kansas City and Extradited into custody at Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail for alleged terroristic threats. He is held with no bond allowed.
Wednesday, 35-year-old Dustin Lee Ritchie was arrested for alleged resisting arrest. He is held with bond set at $15,000.
Wednesday, 25-year-old Keyvon Kimbrough was arrested in Joplin and extradited into custody at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department site does not indicate the charges.
