State Troopers report three arrests in the area counties over the weekend.
At 1:10 am in Ray County, Troopers arrested 38-year-old Willis Turner of Tina on a Carrollton warrant. He was taken to the Ray County Jail pending the posting of bond.
At 1:50 am in Livingston County, troopers arrested 33-year-old Stephen Davis of Trenton for alleged DWI, expired plates and no valid insurance. He was processed and later released.
At 1:40 pm in Caldwell County, a Leavenworth, Kansas man, 42-year-old Robbie Coram, was arrested for alleged speeding, possession of marijuana, and Polk County a warrant for dangerous drugs. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
