Chillicothe Police Report Includes Sexual Misconduct Arrest

The Chillicothe Police Report for Wednesday includes 71 calls for service.

6:32 am, An officer traveled to Kansas City to process a recovered stolen truck from Chillicothe.

10:40 am, Officers checking traffic signals at US 65 and Coach K Road.  Signal not working and MoDOT was contacted to make repairs.  The signals were repaired by 12:35 pm.

12:59 pm, School Resource Officer was at the PD on an investigation.

1:12 pm, Officers responded to the 200 block of West Business 36 on a report of an indecent act by a man in public.  The Officers made contact and investigated, they had evidence of this crime, they arrested a 31-year-old man of Bloomfield, IA., for sexual misconduct; exposing himself, placing a citizen in fear for her immediate safety.  The man was processed and held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending formal charges.

1:38 pm, Officers checked a parking complaint from the 700 block of Calhoun Street.  They called a tow truck for removal.

5:11 pm, Officer spoke with a subject about a civil issue on McCormick Street.

6:48 pm, Officers received a request for a well-being check on someone that had been in the 300 block of Dickinson Street.   The person could not be located at the time.  A short time later, officers made contact with the person and they were arrested on 2 Carroll County warrants, transported to Hedrick Medical Center for evaluation and then transferred to Carroll County authorities.

9:28 pm, Report of illegal activity taking place at a business in the 600 block of Webster Street.  Nothing illegal found.

10:11 pm, Call of a domestic disturbance at a home in the 400 block of Polk Street.  They found it was a fight between juvenile brothers.  One was taken into Juvenile custody and transported to the PD where Juvenile Authorities were notified.  The report will be submitted for domestic assault.

10:34 pm, Officers checked a complaint of noise occurring all evening at a home in the 200 block of Jackson Street.  Contact made and they were advised of the complaint.

12:00 am, Officers received a complaint from the 10 block of 11th Street of someone beating and banging on cars.  The person was contacted and agreed to stop for the night.
