The Chillicothe R-II School District announced a third filing for the School Board election that will be held in April. On Wednesday, Kelly Sykes of Chillicothe filed to run for one of the three open school board seats.
Sykes joins Brice Walker and Lauren Horsman on that list of candidates. Filing for the Chillicothe R-II School Board remains open until January 21st.
