The Macon Softball team hit a walk off home run in the bottom of the seventh inning to beat Chillicothe 7 to 6 on Thursday night.
Chillicothe scored one in the first and second innings and four in the fourth inning.
Macon posted runs in the first, third, fourth, three in the sixth and the game winner in the seventh.
For Chillicothe, Abby Jones had a home run, Mika Hibner had a double and single, Julia Stimpson had a double, Libby Adkins and Sophia Luetticke each had two singles, Lexi Walker, Bailey Pithan and Dawsyn Lightner all had one single each.
In the circle, Halle Rucker pitched 5 and a third innings, allowing six runs, four earned, off nine hits with one walk, Molly Ellis pitched the final one and a third innings, allowing one earned run off two hits with one strike out.
Chillicothe was credited with six errors in the seven inning contest.
