Chillicothe City Council Meets Monday – Hedrick Improvements On The Agenda

The Chillicothe City Council will hear about proposed improvements at Hedrick Medical Center and deeding property to the Christian Builders organization as the meet Monday.  The meeting begins at 6:30 pm, with he payment of bills and salaries for the City and CMU.

Hedrick Medical Center CEO Steve Schieber will present the request for authorization to do capital improvement projects at the Hospital.  This will include expanding the parking lot to ad 111 new parking spaces and additional bollard barriers.

Mayor Reed Dupy will consider appointing five members to the Historic Preservation Commission and establishing ex-officio members and staff. Members.

City Attorney Robert Cowherd will present an ordinance to deed property to Christian Builders at 1560 Calhoun, where a house was recently demolished.
