Burglaries In Chillicothe Police report

The Chillicothe Police report for Tuesday includes several burglary investigaitons.

6:25 am, Officers responded to the 300 Block of East Bridge Street regarding a report of an attempted burglary.   Officers found damage to the front door of the home, but there was no property reported missing.  The residents were home at the time of the incident and did not hear anything.

6:25 am, Officers responded to the 1000 block of McNally to a report of a residence door being open. Officers checked the home and everything was OK.

12:00 pm, Officer responded to 1500 block of Bryan on a reported burglary.  They determined that no entry was made into the home, only a window was broken.  While at that location, an Officer was contacted about a similar incident where a window was broken in the 1000 block of Miller St.

2:55 pm, Officers dispatched to the 200 block of Southwest Drive for a disturbance. resident was advised of notice of a protection order in effect and upon being advised, left the residence.

5:10 pm, Officer checked report of 4-wheeler being operated recklessly in the area of the 100 block of Central St.

5:45 pm, an Officer responded to a reported suspicious vehicle with a Colorado license that was possible in the area of the 1200 block of Washington or the 1000 block of Graves St.  The report stated the child in the vehicle was acting strange in the presence of the male driver.  Officer was unable to locate the vehicle.

7:00 pm, Officers responded to the 1300 block of Elm St. for a domestic dispute.  They arrested both people involved.  They were held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
