Flooding Continues On The Grand River

Flood Warnings continue for the Grand River.  As of 6:00 this morning:

At Gallatin, flood stage is 26 feet.  The river crested at 31.8 feet, and is currently at 31.7 feet.  Flooding is expected continuing until Friday

At Chillicothe flood stage is 24 feet.  The river crested at 37 feet and is holding near that level.  The latest reading is 36.53 feet and the river should fall back below flood stage Saturday.

At Sumner, flood Stage is 26 feet.  The river continues to rise to an expected crest Friday at 39.4 feet.  The reading this morning was 38.52 feet.  Flooding is expected to continue into next week.

At Brunswick, flood Stage is 19 feet.  The river is expected to crest at 28.7 feet late on Friday.  The latest reading on Wednesday afternoon was 24.7 feet, with flooding continuing through the weekend.
