Two accidents in the area counties this morning left four area youth with minor injuries.
At 7:35 am in Grundy County, 16 year old Alexis Palmer of Trenton had minor injuries when she was eastbound on Missouri 6, west of Trenton, and ran into the back of another vehicle, driven by 29 year old Anthony Ciambrone of Kansas. Palmer did not notice the other vehicle had slowed for another accident. Palmer was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital for treatment. She was wearing a safety belt.
At about 8:05 am, 17 year old Clayton Raymo of Meadville and his two passengers, 9 year old Caden and 14 year old Lillian Raymo had minor injuries in an accident on Highway 139 in Meadville. State Troopers report Raymo was northbound and was turning into a parking lot, when he pulled into the path of 56 year old Kathy Young of Meadville. Young was wearing a safety belt and was not injured. All three of the Raymo’s were taken to Pershing Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Of the three, only 9 year old Caden was wearing a safety belt.
