A Carrollton man was arrested after leading officers through four counties on Sunday, in a chase that lasted nearly three hours. Chandler David Webb is held at the Chariton County Jail pending the posting of $25,000 cash only bond on a charge of alleged Resisting Arrest by Fleeing – creating a substantial risk of serious injury or death to another.
The chase began in Ray County, where deputies attempted to make the stop. The chase included a Richmond Police Officer, joined later by Carroll County Deputies as they traveled from Ray County, through Carroll, Caldwell and ending in Dekalb County after spike strips were used.
