7:45 am, officers check on a report of possible animal neglect.
11:15 am, officers checked on a stalled motorist on Highway 65, just south of 190. They found the person ran out of gas.
11:35 am, officer responded to the 1000 block of Graves Street to a report of trespassing. That person was gone when they arrived.
12:35 pm, responded to a disturbance in 2000 block of N. Washington Street.
3:17 pm, report of reckless driving in 300 block of Webster Street. Could not locate the vehicle.
4:50 pm, someone that came in the police department was acting strangely. They left and ended up at a business in 1000 block of S. Washington Street. That person was taken to Hedrick Medical Center for assistance.
5:05 pm, responded to business in 1000 block of Graves Street on a report of stealing. The investigation continues.
7:20 pm, responded to report of child custody issue involving relatives and possible medical issues.
