Chillicothe’s Planning and Zoning Commission considers a Conditional Use permit and items for Flood Zones when they meet Monday.
The Conditional Use permit is for a property at 923 Waples, currently zoned I-1, Industrial. The request is to have an event hall. The property is located just south and west of the viaduct.
The Commission will also review changes to the city’s floodplan ordinance. That ordinance includes: Adopting Flood Hazard Maps, Designating a Floodplan Administrator, and Providing for Severability, and Setting an Effective Date.
The Chillicothe’s Planning and Zoning Commission will meet January 7th at 5:30 pm at Chillicothe City Hall.
