The Missouri Department of Conservation will host an Ice Fishing Clinic, Tuesday at the Litton Center Pond, on 190, northwest of Chillicothe. The clinic is Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. Staff from MDC will work one-on-one with you to help you become a safe and successful ice fisherman. The pond is loaded with bass, bluegill, and channel catfish and they will help you catch them.
Come by yourself or bring the family. MDC will provide all the necessary equipment and bait, but feel free to bring your own stuff if you want. Please dress in warm clothing since you will be on ice.
