Chillicothe Police Report For Friday

The Chillicothe Police Department report for Friday includes a couple arrests and several investigations.

8:45 AM, Officers responded to a two vehicle accident in the 1600 block of Springhill Street. Michael Girres was backing out of a private drive when he struck a parked vehicle owned by Justin Roberts. Minor damage was reported.

1:23 pm, A debit card that had been found and turned in to the PD was returned to the business owner in the 400 block of West Business Hwy. 36.

1:51 pm, Officer took a report involving interfering with custody where court ordered visitation.

2:00 pm, Report of suspicious activity in the area of Clay and Boehner Place-Subjects contacted and were OK.

2:34 pm, Report of unauthorized use of a credit device in New York, by someone other than the cardholder.  Investigation continuing.

4:03pm, Officers were dispatched to the Probation and Parole office for a man with a warrant. They arrested Shannon Brake on a Caldwell County warrant. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

4:28 pm, Officers served a warrant in the 300 block of Clay Street. The person was unable to post bond and was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

5:20 pm, Officers took a report of an employee in the 500 block of Business 36 making threats and statements of committing criminal acts at the workplace.  The person was arrested and held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
