Chillicothe FFA qualified 9 teams, 3 speakers, and 1 book for State FFA Convention, to be held April 25th & 26th on the campus of the University of Missouri on, 2019 in Columbia. Â The Chillicothe FFA participated in Area and District contests to qualify for the State Convention.
The teams include: Agricultural Issues, 1st place, Conduct of Meeting, 1st place; Parliamentary Procedure, 1st place; Knowledge Team 1st place; Prepared Public Speaking Division II – 1st – Seth Hansen, gold – Lucas Campbell; Prepared Public Speaking Division I – 2nd Josh Eckert; Creed Speaking – 2nd place Claire Ripley;
In addition, Agriculture Mechanics 7th place; Ag Sales 3rd place; Farm Management 2nd place; Livestock 9th place; and Poultry 2nd place.
