Several Headed To Prison Following Court Appearances

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department transported several local detainees to the Missouri Department of Corrections following court appearances for sentencing to prison time or treatment programs.

Last week, deputies transported five to St. Joseph.  They include:

30-year-old RJ Cox of Chillicothe, 2 years for Stealing

49-year-old Lloyd Swift of Chillicothe, 4 years and ITP program for Assault.

42-year-old Joel Kellison of Chillicothe, 4 years and 120-day program on a Probation Violation – Domestic Assault

47-year-old Marshall Cordray of Brookfield, 2 years for Possession Controlled Substance.

44-year-old Eric Hollon of Chillicothe, 7 years and a substance abuse program on a Probation Violation-Stealing.

Taken to The Women’s Prison in Vandalia:

49-year-old Nora Evans of Wheeling,  A CODS Program on a Probation Violation-Possession Controlled.

37-year-old Victoria M. Knight of Lawson, 2 years for Possession Controlled Substance

26-year-old Kelsey Reeter of Chillicothe, 2 years for Possession Controlled Substance.

36-year-old Michelle Lindsey of Lathrop, 2 years for Assault.

27-year-old Sylvia Nichelson of Carrollton, an ITP Program for Possession Controlled Substance.

Others sentenced and already serving time:

35-year-old Audra Newcomer of Iowa, 5 years each on two counts Stealing.  The sentences run consecutively.

44-year-old Corey Barron of St. Joseph, 2 years for Possession Controlled Substance.

24-year-old Aidai Djekshembaeva of Chillicothe, three years for Assault.
