Chillicothe Police Report For Monday

The Chillicothe Police Department report includes one arrest and several investigations and calls for assistance.

1:09 am, Officers responded to a complaint of a loud party in the 1200 block of Locust Street.  Contact made by Officer and party advised they would quiet down.

1:13 am, Alarm activated at business in the 1000 block of Graves Street.  Officers searched area and were unable to locate suspect that activated the alarm.

2:12 am, Officers were called to a hotel in the 200 block of West Business 36 for a suspicious person located asleep in a hallway.  It was found the person was a sleepwalker and everything OK.

8:01 am, Officers began an investigation of burglary and theft at a business in the 10 block of South Washington Street.

3:17 pm, officers made a well-being check in the 2600 block of North Washington Street.  The person was found to be OK.

3:36 pm, Officers arrested someone in the 200 block of Gale Street on a warrant. The person was wanted for violation of bond conditions.  They were transported to the Police Department and later to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

3:49pm, Loud music complaint from 200 block of Park Lane.  Subject was contacted by Officer.

4:47 pm, Officers assisted the Chillicothe Fire Department with an alarm at the Strand Appartments.  A stove had been left on, triggering the alarm.  There was no fire.

5:02 pm, Officers provided medical assistance to the Chillicothe Fire Department on a call in the 1100 block of Cooper Street.  The person was transported to Hedrick Medical Center for assistance.

10:10 pm, Report of a possible intoxicated driver.  Officers searched the area of report and were unable to locate the suspect vehicle.
