The annual meeting for Friends of the Chillicothe Parks will be August 6th. The meeting will be held at the Livingston County Health Center at 6:30 pm and is open to the public.
Friends of Chillicothe Parks is a non-profit fundraising organization that strives to support the park department in maintaining, enhancing and promoting Chillicothe parks. Their first major project is the Simpson Park playground project. An effort to improve the playground that is closest to the highway.
Anyone interested in finding out more is welcome to attend the meeting.
