Finances for the City of Chillicothe are on track for the budget approved by the City Council in March. City Administrator Darin Chappell says earlier in the year weather conditions caused a shortfall in revenues.
He says more recently, the revenues are bouncing back.
The Council is hopeful for a good holiday season and encourages you to buy local whenever you can.
