It’s almost time to “Fall Back…” Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday morning. At 2:00 Sunday morning, our clocks should be set back one hour. Of course, most people will reset their clocks before going to bed Saturday night. The good news is that will give you an extra hour of sleep.
Captain Tracy Bradley from the Chillicothe fire Department reminds us to take care of some home safety items.
If your detectors are hard-wired, it is still a good time to check them. And don’t forget to check that they are still within the expiration date.
Bradley says it’s also a good time to go over your fire safety plan.
Now remember, Saturday before you go to bed, FALL BACK… set the clocks back one hour and changing the batteries in the smoke detectors at the same time.
