It’s meeting day for the Chillicothe City Council and they will have both a workshop session and a regular meeting.
The Chillicothe City Council will have a workshop session starting at 5:30 pm. The agenda includes the Street Improvement Plan.
At 6:30 is the regular session. That agenda includes:
- A request by Former Mayor Reed Dupy to have a BBQ Contest at Simpson Park, June 26th and 27th.
- Chief Maples will lead a discussion on a general sales tax for the police department
- City Administrator Darin Chappell will lead a discussion on employee health insurance.
In the Comments section, the City Administrator will talk about the City’s Employee of the Year policy.
An executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting.
