Weekend Police Report For Chillicothe

Chillicothe Police responded to 172 calls for service over the weekend.  Highlights include:

Sunday

12:06 am, Officers responded to the 1000 block of Graves Street for juveniles building a fort out of toilet paper inside the business. Officers contacted the juveniles who were all returned to there parents.

1:41 am, Officers responded to the 1200 block of Washington Street to assist the ambulance with a medical call.

8:32 am, Officers responded to the 2600 block of Fair Street for a missing person. Officers found that the person wasn’t missing.

10:19 am, Officers responded to the 1100 block of Grandview to check the well-being of the resident. Officers contacted the subject who was ok.

12:46 pm, Officers responded to the 1000 block of Elm and helped someone retrieve their dog.

7:07 pm, Officers responded to the Clay Street Park for suspicious activity. Officers did not locate anything suspicious.

8:01 pm, Officers responded to the 1400 block of Alexander for a disturbance. Officers located the person and told them to keep the noise down.

9:39 pm, Officers responded to the 200 block of Williams for a stealing report. Officers arrested two for receiving stolen property. They were cited and released.

Saturday

6:40 AM, Officer responded to the 800 block of Vine Street for an unattended death. The investigation determined the death was from natural causes.

1:22 PM, Officers responded to the 1400 Block of Clay for an ex-parte violation. Officers determined there was no violation.

5:59 pm, Officers responded to the 300 block of Dickenson for a well-being check. Officers found the subject to be ok.

7:39 pm, Officers responded to the 400 block of Vine Street for possible property damage. Officers attempted to contact the owner but were unable to make contact.

10:38 pm, Officers responded to the 800 block of Dickenson Street for a barking dog complaint. The dogs were taken inside.

11:38 pm, Officers responded to the 1400 block of Alexander Street for underage drinking. Officers did not locate anyone drinking.
