Chillicothe Police Report For Thursday

The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 75 calls for service Thursday, some of those calls include:

12:11 am, Officers responded to a home in the 300 block of Dickinson Street for a domestic disturbance.  It was determined to be a couple arguing.  No arrests were made.

3:52 am, Officers responded to a home in the 1100 block of Hillside Drive for a resident contemplating self-harm.  Emergency Services transported the subject to Hedrick Medical Center for assessment and treatment.

7:37 am, Report of C & I driver on Third Street, east from Hickory Street.  Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

8:08 am, Officer took a walk-in report at the police department for an incident of fraud involving a local, unlicensed auto body repair shop.   The incident remains under investigation.

9:16 am, School Resource Officer out in the 600 block of Highland Street on an investigation.

10:20 am, Officers assisted the Children’s Division at the police department.

10:45 am, Officers responded to the intersection of Calhoun Street and Easton Street for a non-injury accident.   One driver was cited for failure to yield in an accident.

12:45 pm, Officers responded to 2200 block of Oaklawn Drive on a report of property damage where a vehicle had been driven through a yard and damaging a small tree.

1:27 pm, Officer assisted a motorist on Westbound US 36.

1:31 pm, Officers made a well-being check in the 700 block of Highland Avenue.

3:54 pm, Officer out in the 10 block of 11th Street for a car alarm sounding.  It was determined to have been a battery malfunction.

5:59 pm, Officer out in the 1000 block of Graves Street for a collision between a shopping cart-collector device and a vehicle.  information was exchanged.

6:38 pm, Officer assisted a motorist at Park Lane and N. Washington Street who had run out of gas.

6:41 pm, Officers were at home in the 800 block of Woodward Street for a Child calling 911.  Officer made contact with a parent.
