Three Arrests Reported By Livingston County Sheriff’s Department

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports three arrests Tuesday in the area.

Deputies and Missouri Probation/Parole officers arrested 27-year-old Nicholas Duckworth of Chillicothe on a Missouri Parol warrant.  The report states Duckworth was aggressive and the officers threatened to use a taser.  He is held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the return to prison.

Also on Tuesday, deputies arrested 37-year-old Jared Livengood of Chillicothe for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on an original charge of alleged burglary.  He had been released on bond January 7th.  He is held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

And on Tuesday, deputies and the Missouri Probation/Parole Officers attempted to contact a fugitive in the 1700 block of Litton Road.  The man fled into an outbuilding.  The Chillicothe Police Department and K9 Zaki were called to assist and officers took 43-year-old Barry P. Cooper into custody on a warrant for alleged failing to obey a judges orders.
