A Carrollton man died in a one vehicle accident Tuesday Morning. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 55 year old Shawn Cowger died when his vehicle ran off of Carroll County J Highway at YY highway, went through a fence, hit a ditch and overturned at 7:30 Wednesday morning.
Cowger was pronounced dead at the scene by the Carroll County coroner.
The official report states Cowger was wearing a safety device.
