Chillicothe Police Weekend Report Includes A Few Arrests

Chillicothe Police had a busy weekend, with several accidents and arrests

Sunday

3:21 pm, Officer received a report of alleged theft in the 1000 block of Graves Street.  As a result of the investigation, Officers arrested Angela Stock and Spencer Pittman with the assistance of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.  Both were processed at the police department, cited, and released pending a future court appearance.

11:33 pm, Officer responded to the 300 block of Calhoun Street for a suspicious person.  Officer was able to locate the subject and advised the person they were trespassing.

Saturday:

7:29 am Officer made a traffic stop at US 36 and Mitchell Rd for a speeding violation.  The driver was cited for Excessive speed and failure to display registration plate.

8:22 am, Officer made a traffic stop at US 36 and Mitchell Rd. for a speeding violation.  The driver was cited for excessive speed.

12:32 pm, Officers responded to the area of Calhoun and Washington Street regarding a two-vehicle non-injury accident… Officers determined one driver ran into the back of another vehicle that was stopped in traffic for another vehicle turning left.   Minor damage was reported with no injuries… No citations were issued.

 

 

9:00 pm, officers responded to an ongoing incident in the 300 block of Jackson Street.  Those involved had left the area on foot and were located at Clay Street Park and they separated after they were counseled by Officers.

 

10:07 pm, the disturbance in 300 block of Jackson Street continued.  Officers arrested a man for Domestic Violence.  He was processed and held at Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
