The Supreme Court of Missouri has suspended all in-person court proceedings in the appellate and circuit courts, including the associate courts. The suspension of court proceedings begins Tuesday, March 16th and will continue through April 3rd, and maybe extended as circumstances warrant.
There are some exceptions to the order, including any jury trials that have already begun, proceedings directly related to the COVID-19 public health emergency and several other instances.
