The Livingston County Health Center Director Sherry Weldon, Chillicothe Mayor Teresa Kelly and Presiding Commissioner Ed Douglas have issued a “Livingston County COVID-19 Executive Order Guidance.”
Health Center Director Sherry Weldon says at the time of the order there are no positive cases of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in Livingston County.
