Two arrests in the area counties are reported by the Missouri Highway Patrol for Thursday.
At about 1:10 pm in Linn County, Troopers arrested 28-year-old Santiago Quintero Figueroa of Dawn for alleged DWI and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was processed and released.
At about 4:45 pm in Carroll County, Troopers arrested 39-year-old James Lowery of Carrollton for alleged possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, possession of stolen property, displaying license plates from another vehicle, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lowery was processed and released.
