An Event Center located south of Chillicothe on LIV-420, near Route Z, is approved for a change in their business. The Event Center requested a Conditional Use Permit to allow a restaurant at their location. Livingston County Zoning Coordinator Mark Shocky presented the information on behalf of the Livingston County Planning and Zoning Commission. Under the Agriculture Zoning, to have a restaurant a conditional use permit is required. The County Commission approved the permit on a vote of 3-0.
