The Chillicothe City Council will have an executive session this week for a personnel matter. Unlike the council sessions, City Administrator Darin Chappell says the executive sessions must be held in person.
That executive session for the Chillicothe City Council will be held Wednesday at 1:00 pm at City Hall.
