Chillicothe Police Report For Tuesday

Several investigations and an accident are in the Chillicothe Police Department report for Tuesday.

At 6:19 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash in the 500 block of St. Louis Ave.  A vehicle struck an apartment building causing damage to the building and left the scene.  No injuries were reported.  Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to contact the Police Department.

At 9:17 a.m., Officers were dispatched to a possible stealing in the 1100 block of Fairway Dr.  The owner located the missing item.

At 1:07 p.m., Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of N. Washington St. and Locust St.  The driver was cited for no valid driver’s license.

At 2:31 p.m., Officers were dispatched to an unattended child in the area of Third St. and St. Paul St.  The child was reunited with the parent.

At 2:50 p.m., Officers spoke with a citizen about a possible assault in the 100 block of N. Herriford St.  The investigation is on-going.

At 2:56 p.m., Officers were dispatched to possible stealing and property damage in the 400 block of Boehner Pl.  The owner declined to file a report at that time.

At 3:57 p.m., Officers were dispatched to possible stealing in the area of E. Jackson St. and Missouri Ave.  Officers took a report and the investigation is on-going.

At 5:31 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a well-being check in the 1200 block of Miller St.  Officers made contacted and determined the person was okay.

At 9:11 p.m., Officers were dispatched to juveniles trespassing in the 1000 block of Walnut St.  Officers were unable to locate anyone at the time and the owner was contacted.
