The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance where a man allegedly destroyed a work computer and a computer tablet with a total value of $1,200. Following an investigation, deputies arrested 33-year-old Daniel Smith of Chillicothe.
Smith was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a charge of alleged Property Damage. Â He made a court appearance Monday and was released with bond conditions.
