The Missouri Highway Patrol reported three recent arrests in the area counties.
Wednesday at about 6:37 am, Troopers in Daviess County arrested 19-year-old Jared Johnson of Jamesport for alleged minor visibly intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 12-hour hold.
At about 11:20 am in Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 38-year-old Donna Qualls of Kirksville for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no seatbelt. She was taken to the Sullivan County Jail, processed and released.
At about 12:15 am today, Troopers in Daviess County arrested 63-year-old George Phelps of Altamont for alleged DWI, driving while revoked, no valid plates, and no insurance. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
