Chillicothe Police Report For Monday

The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 76 calls for service Monday.

At 5:14 am, Officers assisted the Chillicothe Department of Emergency Services with a fire call in the 1400 block of Trenton Rd.

At 10:08 am, Officers were dispatched to a private property vehicle crash in the 100 block of W. Bus. 36.  No report was filed.

At 11:28 am, Officers were dispatched to an animal at-large in the 1600 block of Maple St.  A 24-year-old man was cited.

At 11:36 am, Officers were dispatched to a building having structural problems with part of the ceiling falling in the 500 block of N. Washington St.  An employee of the business was contacted and advised of the problem.

At 11:44 am, Officers were dispatched to debris on the roadway on Westbound US 36 near Coon Creek Bridge.  Officers removed the debris.

At 2:49 pm, Officers were dispatched to a trespasser in the 1000 block of Graves St.  A 33-year-old woman was arrested, cited and released pending a court appearance.

At 3:39 pm, Officers were dispatched to a vehicle traveling Eastbound on US 36. with the flashers on and frequently pulling over.  Officers provided assistance.

At 4:12 pm, Officers responded to suspicious flashing lights in the 1400 block of Webster St.  CMU was contacted.

At 4:41 pm, Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of Elm St.  A 36-year-old man was arrested, processed and transferred to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional jail pending the filing of formal charges.

At 4:57 pm, Officers responded to a dog running-at-large in the 1800 block of Borden St.  The owners were contacted and warned.

At 9:19 pm, Officers were dispatched to a disabled vehicle obstructing traffic on Walnut St. at Second St.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.
