The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 66 calls for service Thursday. Some of the calls include:
3:18 am, Officers performed a well-being check in the 600 block of Calhoun Street. The person was found to be OK.
11:01 am, Officers met with an individual at the police department about an online scam and threat. The investigation is continuing.
12:18 pm, officers responded to a report of a dog in a hot car in the 1000 block of Graves Street. Officer made contact with the owner. OK.
12:21 pm, Officers out in the 10 block of Herriman Street reference a tractor-trailer unit tearing down overhead wires. Information obtained and the utility was notified.
2:32 pm, Officers at PD took a report of a possible sexual offense involving juveniles. The investigation is continuing.
4:51 pm, Officers reported to the 200 block of Cherry Street to a report of a skateboarder in traffic. Officers were unable to locate the subject.
11:17 pm, Loud music complaint on Orchard Street. Officer located the source and they turned the music down.
