Livingston County Sheriff’s Report

Several citations, investigations, and arrests are in the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department report.

July 29th a traffic stop for expired plates resulted in seizure of various items of drug paraphernalia and other evidence that will be submitted to the crime lab.  The driver was cited for the Failure to Register Vehicle and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

July 31st, deputies checked a location in Wheeling on a call of a person who has ordered by the courts to stay out of Livingston County.  The person was located in Wheeling and information sent to bond supervision officer actually being.  The suspect was reminded of his bond condition and he should adhere to his agreement with the Court.  Deputies received another call for the same person that evening but they could not be located. S

August 3rd, Deputies began an investigation of theft from an unattended vehicle in Chula.  Items taken included cards, keys, and money.  The investigation continues.

August 3rd, a traffic stop in the 400 block of Elm in Chillicothe included K-9 Zaki called to the scene.  Zaki alerted to drugs and a search of the vehicle resulted in seizure of drug distribution equipment with methamphetamine and several other pieces of methamphetamine drug paraphernalia.  Fifty-four-year-old Tresa Wilson of Chillicothe was arrested on a Livingston County warrant for alleged possession of Methamphetamine.  She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

Other Arrests:

August 3rd, 36-year-old Ryan Jenkins of Chillicothe was arrested on a warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order/  He posted bond and was released.

August 3rd, 43-year-old Lee Alvin Hines of Avalon was arrested on a warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order on an original charge of alleged Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.  Bond set at $15,000 cash.

August 4th, 30-year-old Charles Spencer Henson of Breckenridge was arrested on a warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions.  Bond was set at $20,000 cash.

August 5th Deputies arrested 27-year-old Nathan Paul Allen of Chillicothe for alleged Driving While Revoked/Suspended 2nd offense.  He was processed and released.
