Work zones on the roadways can be a very dangerous area, both for the workers in those areas and the motorist that travel through them. Sargent Jake Angle from the Missouri Highway Patrol says two factors can reduce some of the risks – slow down and reduce your distractions.
Angle says pay attention to what is happening; a work zone can be a dangerous place.
